Products and prices
The shop offers He'be — No Age Skin cosmetic products. All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before payment at checkout. Product images are indicative; slight variations in packaging may occur.
Orders and contract
Placing an order through the checkout constitutes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse an order in case of product unavailability or anomalies in payment, informing you promptly and refunding any amount already paid.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, digital wallets and the other methods shown at checkout). We never receive or store your card details.
Delivery and pickup
You can choose between: (a) standard shipping in Italy, delivered in 2-5 business days — €5.90, free for orders of €60 or more; (b) free pickup at Treats, Via San Francesco d'Assisi 15, Milan — we will email you when your order is ready.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason, by writing to treats.milano@gmail.com. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; return shipping costs are borne by you. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method. Exception (art. 59, Italian Consumer Code): for hygiene reasons the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery.
Workshop and event bookings
Workshops, courses and events are booked and paid online from the calendar on this site; a booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email. To issue the invoice we ask for your tax details (Italian tax code for individuals; company name, VAT number and SDI code or PEC for businesses). You can cancel free of charge from "My bookings" up to 48 hours before the first session starts and receive a full refund to the same payment method, usually within 5-10 working days. After that, bookings are not refundable unless we cancel the activity, in which case we refund you in full. Multi-session packages are a single purchase and a cancellation applies to all sessions. As leisure services for a specific date, bookings are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 59(n) of the Italian Consumer Code).
Gift cards and discount codes
Gift cards are bought on this website and are valid for 12 months from purchase on every activity in the calendar. They can be used over several bookings until the credit runs out; credit cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is a multi-purpose voucher: the invoice is issued when you use it, for the activity booked. If you cancel within the allowed time a booking paid with a gift card, the credit goes back on the gift card. You may withdraw from the purchase of an unused gift card within 14 days by writing to treats.milano@gmail.com, and we will refund the full amount. Discount codes apply under the conditions stated in the promotion (expiry, number of uses, eligible activities), one per booking and not combinable with other codes.
Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), lasting 2 years from delivery. In case of lack of conformity, contact us and we will arrange replacement or refund.
Complaints and disputes
For any complaint write to treats.milano@gmail.com. Consumers residing in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by Italian law; for consumers, the competent court is that of your place of residence.
